Enjoy gentle movement and breathing as you are introduced to the basics of T'ai Chi and Qi Gong. Follow along as the instructor leads you through flowing exercises designed to improve balance, flexibility, co-ordination, health and relaxation. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Laura is certified to teach all internal styles and to guide you as you explore T'ai Chi and Qi Gong. Cost for Non-Members & Members: $30

Practicing Tai Chi leads to many benefits including better balance, coordination, and flexibility, improved concentration, stamina and strength, greater bone density, lower blood pressure and peace of mind. The instructors’ combined experience in Chinese Martial Arts, Chi Gong, and Meditation will assist you to learn at your own pace. This class is open to all ages and experience levels – seniors are welcome! Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft flexible shoes. Bring notebook, pen and drinking water.
Members & Non-Members: $60, two members of the same family: $110. If you sign up to attend both classes, the second class is: $50 for an individual, $110 for two members of the same family.
