The CMA Potters' Guild was founded in 1974 by a group of dedicated potters committted to the advancement of the Museum's ceramics program.

The Potters' Guild members work in the CMA Pot Shop, located in Room 104 of the Museum, creating and firing their own work as well as the work of CMA students. The group maintains the Pot Shop and through their fundraising efforts over the past three decades, has helped purchase additional equipment.

There are currently sixteen members. Membership in the group is by application. Applications are available by contacting Laura Kolinski-Schultz at terraki2@yahoo.com
