Now offering this NEW one-time workshop in-person! Inspired by the exhibit "Abandoned America: Everything Must Pass." Students will discover how artist, Matthew Christopher, captures the mesmerizing beauty and lost history of various derelict buildings. His artwork advocates for rehabilitation and reuse by emphasizing the cultural importance of preservation. Through creativity and a little engineering, students will create a 3D sculptural city focusing on the importance of place, cultural landmarks, and points of interest to create a city of their own, only limited by their imagination!
