Alpha-Romeo-Tango (A.R.T.) Program for Veterans

Join our supportive creative community at the Canton Museum of Art. The A.R.T. program is exclusively for U.S. veterans, active-duty service members, and National Guard or Reserve personnel, offering creative outlets to foster well-being, connection, and self-expression.

What We Offer:

• Ceramics/Clay Classes (10-Week Series): Led by instructor Susan Mentrak at the Canton Museum of Art (Classroom 103). These hands-on workshops focus on building pottery skills and community.

  • Schedule: Wednesdays, 6–8p | August 26, September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and October 7, 14, 21, 28.

Program Benefits & Enrollment:

• Cost: Classes are free for verified veterans, active-duty personnel and first responders.

• Included in Ceramics series: All necessary clay, tools, glazes, firings, and instruction.

• Family Inclusion: Spouses are welcome to join for a nominal fee. Scholarships are available—please inquire with Amanda Crowe at amanda@cantonart.org.

• Priority: Veterans always receive priority on our waitlist.
