Throughout this class, you will learn about the heating cycle of glass, how to use a kiln, plus the techniques to design unique pieces of your own design. You can make jewelry, coasters, and bowls using slumping techniques to name a few projects. Time will be allotted to work during class, offering one on one attention with instructor help and feedback. All experience levels welcome.

Now offering this 6 week course in-person! Enjoy the creative processes of drawing the human figure in this exciting class mixing both classic and modern figure drawing. Students will learn to use various life drawing techniques utilizing image references and projected videos of the human figure (some drawing references will include nude models). Learn to see like a photographer and go from taking snapshots to purposeful, well-composed images that reflect your personal vision. Master the buttons and dials on your camera and shoot in modes other than Auto. This course introduces participants to the creative and technical possibilities of digital photography. Topics include camera operation, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, and composition. New and experienced photographers are welcome.
