Visit the galleries to see famous ceramic pieces first hand, tour the ceramics lab and learn the process that clay goes through from beginning to end. Create functional, decorative, and sculptural pieces to cherish always! (Families will need to make arrangements to pick up fired pieces two weeks after workshop.)

Students enrolled in this course will learn fundamental drawing techniques from observation and other sources, using a variety of materials such as charcoal, pencil, graphite, and pastels. Learn how to use value, perspective, shading, line, texture and more.
Explore printmaking like never before! Imagine, create, and grow as an emerging young artist while making original artworks inspired by the prints on display by Yuko Kimura. Through this fun and hands on class students will use their imaginations to learn about the history of printmaking and create a monoprint, relief, stencil, linocut, and more!
Be inspired by the world around you! Through visits to the Museum galleries and learning about famous artwork, students will learn to build their fundamental artistic skills essential to any artist. Create unique art projects using a variety of drawing and painting art materials. Lessons change every session with experienced certified instructors that work with each student to see them grow, sign up for multiple classes!
