We're bringing together the best picture book artists in the museum’s light-infused courtyard and expressive art projects in the studio! You'll learn about story telling by mixing colors, playing with shapes, and painting feelings. This class is all about making cool sculptures using everyday stuff! You'll get to build things on your own and with friends. We'll try out different ways to make art and put things together in surprising ways. You'll learn to be a super problem-solver and turn old stuff into amazing new creations! Paper, glue, string, tape and all sorts of flat things can become amazing art! In this class, you'll learn how to take flat stuff and turn it into cool 2D pictures and designs. It's like a superpower for making art, and it even helps you learn how to make awesome 3D sculptures later on! Strollers, carriers, and diaper bags are welcome. Dress for some unexpected paint splatters! Don't worry, we've got all the materials covered. 3 Tuesdays,  February 3, 10, 17.
